1. Use of Service

RetouchTools provides AI generation and retouch features based on user-uploaded images.

You must comply with applicable laws and must not upload content that infringes third-party rights, including copyright, portrait/publicity, or trademark rights.

2. Output Rights (User-Owned)

As a general rule, usage rights to outputs generated through the service belong to the user who created them.

The service operator receives only a limited license required to store, transmit, review for safety, resolve incidents/disputes, and operate the service.

The same or similar outputs may also be generated for other users.

3. AI Provider Policies

This service may use third-party AI provider APIs, and their terms/policies may apply in addition to these terms.

Paid API path, data handling, and retention/training policies may change if provider policies are updated.

4. Billing and Refunds

Credits are charged when a job starts and are refunded according to policy if generation fails due to system issues.

Pricing, credit policy, and feature configuration may change as part of normal operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

AI outputs are probabilistic and may differ from expected results.

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
