RetouchTools provides AI-powered image retouch and composition tools for user-provided content.
You must upload and process only content that you own or are authorized to use.

2. Eligibility and Account Security
You are responsible for activities under your account and must keep credentials secure.
You must provide accurate account and billing information.
3. Prohibited Use
Do not create, upload, or distribute illegal, abusive, sexual, violent, or rights-infringing content.
Do not use the service for face swaps, deepfakes, voice impersonation, or deceptive identity manipulation without explicit consent from all affected persons.
Do not use copyrighted or trademarked material without permission.
4. User Content, Rights, and Consent
You retain rights to your uploaded content and generated outputs, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
You grant RetouchTools a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit content only to operate, secure, and improve the service.
You represent that required permissions and consent for all uploaded persons, faces, and assets have been obtained.
5. Safety Controls and Enforcement
Requests may be filtered, blocked, rate-limited, or reviewed to enforce policy and reduce abuse.
We may remove content, suspend generation, or terminate accounts for policy violations.

6. Billing, Credits, and Refunds
Credits are deducted when a job starts processing.
If a job fails due to a confirmed system issue, credits are automatically restored.
Subscription charges recur until cancellation before the next billing cycle.
7. Third-Party Services and Liability
RetouchTools may rely on third-party hosting, storage, auth, payment, and AI providers.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
